Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING

✹ I can ship internationally provided if your country can accept mail from the United States. Full tracking is available to these select countries.

✹ I cannot send shipments to countries listed here due to ongoing pandemic, regional conflict or other factors. Orders placed from those countries will be canceled and refunded.

Orders containing only stickers are sent out in a stamped envelope without tracking. International sticker only orders may take several months to arrive. Please allow a minimum 3 weeks for domestic sticker only orders to arrive.

✹ Time for processing and shipping out orders varies as I'm one person. Please keep shipping delays in mind when waiting for your order to arrive. Please allow 2-3 weeks for order processing.

✹ Customers outside of USA: Additional taxes, custom or import fees may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

PREORDER SHIPPING

✹ Orders that contain preorder items are shipped out once I have the preorder items in hand.

✹ If you'd like in stock items to be shipped sooner, please place preorder items in a separate order.

UK & EU CUSTOMERS

UK customers: Please be prepared to pay VAT (Value Added Tax) as I cannot collect and remit VAT in orders. You are responsible to pay any additional tax, customs or import fees.

European Union (EU) and Northern Ireland customers: As of December 13, 2024, all shipments to countries in the EU and Northern Ireland are suspended until further notice. Due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) taking effect, I am unable to meet the requirements to stay compliant with selling my goods to the EU.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

✹ I accept cancellations within 3 days of your purchase unless I've already shipped it out.

✹ I do not offer exchanges. If your order has any issues, please contact me and I will do my best to work something out within reason.

✹ In the case of no delivery, please contact within 3 days and I can do my best to help. If you wish to send out an order again, you will cover the cost of reshipment.

✹ In cases of refunds, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. I do not keep the shipping fee as it goes to the postal services.
